6 - 8 pork chops
1 bottle beer (can substitute non-alcoholic beer)
1 bottle barbecue sauce
2 onions, sliced
Sprinkle pork chops with McCormick’s "Broiled Steak Seasoning" or the seasoning of your choice. Brown in non-stick fry pan. After all of the pork chops have been browned, remove them from the pan and add 1 can of beer. Stir around the beer until all the particles on the sides have been
incorporated. Add the barbecue sauce and place the pork chops back into the pan. Add onions and cover; simmer on low for 1 to 2 hours. (If the chops don’t all fit, put the pork chops into a Dutch-oven. Pour the sauce over them and put the sliced onions on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.) Serve with white rice. Serves 6 to 8.
