1 pound shrimp
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
Cook, peel and de vein shrimp. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Stir in shrimp gently. Marinate for at least 8 hours.
