2 cups cut up chicken
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb halved seedless green grapes
1 (8 oz.)can drained pineapple chunks
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
6 strips well cooked bacon, drained & crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp soy sauce
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice together; combine with chicken, water
chestnuts, grapes, pineapple chunks, celery and almonds. Chill salad for several hours. Makes 6 servings.
