4 slices bread
1 lb. bacon, ham or pork sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Tear up bread and place pieces in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage in a skillet. Drain off fat. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together 6 eggs, milk, dried mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350° for 35-40 minutes.
